Jasmine Okafor, the daughter of the renowned actor, John Okafor, famously known as Mr. Ibu, has officially verified that her father’s leg has undergone amputation.
The news was initially shared by Social media activist Very Dark Man, who disclosed that the veteran actor had to undergo this amputation. He alleged that the actor’s family, friends, and close associates had abandoned him during his time of need. According to Very Dark Man, he spoke with the actor’s family, who informed him about the amputation.
In a press statement shared on her Instagram page, Jasmine confirmed the amputation and explained that it was necessary to increase her father’s chances of recovery. She noted that her father had endured seven successful surgeries. She admitted that this situation had been extremely challenging for their family, but they had to come to terms with the new reality.
