Boca Junior starlet, Valentin Barco is set to join Manchester City.
The Cityzens have reached an agreement with Boca Juniors to sign the talent.
He has already made 21 appearances for Boca’s first-team as he is considered one of the golden boys of his generation
He is also an Under-20 international.
Argentine journalist German Garcia Grova, reports that City chiefs are now due to travel to South America to seal a deal for the teenage talent.
Brighton also wanted to sign him but it has been reported City have won the race.
