Babatunde Ogala, SAN, the personal lawyer of president Bola Ahmed Tinubu has stated that whatever document that the Chicago State University hands over to Atiku Abubakar is no longer useful
This was contained in a statement that he issued after the Chicago Court ruled in the case involving president Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Atiku Abubakar
It is no longer news that Atiku is currently at the court trying to seek access to president Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s academic records at the Chicago State University
However, in the latest ruling of the court, Justice Nancy Maldonado ordered Chicago State University to grant access to the academic records of Bola Ahmed Tinubu
The ruling has however, led to several reactions from many people
Reacting to the court’s decision, Ogala said that any document that Atiku gets from the institution is no longer useful
