Angry mob has set a suspected kidnapper on fire in Alihame, Agbor, in the Ika South Local Government Area of Delta State.
The Alihame Vigilante Group is said to have captured about nine suspected kidnappers following a distress call from a local resident on Saturday, February 24, 2024, at an incomplete building close to the Oriri axis in Agbor-Obi.……CONTINUE READING>>>>>>
The AVG quickly alerted the police after the incident attracted attention from people from all around the town when it got to Board Road, Alihame.
While the police were taking one of them to the station, the crowd grabbed him and pulled him out of the vehicle.
The suspected kidnapper fell and hit his head on the tarred road.
As blood gushed out of his head, the mob descended on him and set him ablaze before the AVG and policemen could sense what was happening.
Meanwhile, six rifles, bullets, daggers, handsets and different sizes of clothes were recovered from the suspected kidnappers.
