Charly Boy, recognized for his outspoken nature, didn’t hold back as he hinted at the entire police force being jokers. His comments come on the heels of reports suggesting that the police should go after Nigerians suspected of using fake foreign certificates.
In a direct statement, Charly Boy urged the Nigerian police to refrain from masturbation.
