The Federal Capital Territory, FCT, Police Public Relations Officer, SP Josephine Adeh, confirmed this to newsmen on Tuesday.
The aide identified as Barrister Chris Agidy, was kidnapped by bandits in November 2023 alongside 19 persons.
They were whisked away by gunmen from their homes in the Galadimawa area of Abuja.
12 of the abductees were killed.
