“”What is happening now, is not only happening in Borno State or Nigeria but we are witnessing food crises all over the world as a result of the war in Ukraine- Russian war as well as the current economic meltdown. However, there is no administration in Nigeria that has done better than Borno State in terms of distribution of food and non food items”, Zulum said.

He said ” what we need is that people should go back to their agricultural land, the army have provided security and there is nothing we can do, no administration, be it federal or state has the capacity to provide food and non food items to displaced millions .
