EXCLUSIVE: Fact Check The Only Player That Has Got More EPL Goal Involvements Than Arsenal’s Saka So Far This Month

The only man with involvement in goals than this English winger so far this month is Rasmus Winther Højlund of Manchester United. This Danish striker has been directly in 6 goals within the period. The Danish striker became his streak on the 1st day of the month when the Red Devils visited Wolves. He set Marcus Rashford up for the opener 5 minutes into the game before netting a tap-in 22 minutes into the encounter. Interestingly, his second attempt in the game was saved by José Sá.

Højlund’s next strike came at Old Trafford 3 days later. He smashed in a goal 23 minutes into the clash with West Ham to kick start a 3-0 win. The 21-year-old striker only made one other attempt in this game but it was off target. He added one more goal to his name on February 11. Like in the encounter with the Hammers, he scored the opener just 17 minutes into the game. This followed a pass from Harry Maguire.

The former Atalanta star took his goalscoring exploits to the next level when he netted a brace against Luton last weekend. His first strike in the game was the fastest in his Manchester United career having netted under one minute. His next attempt, 6 minutes later, also ended in the net. As in his previous matches in February, the Dane lost one shot to the safe hands of Thomas Kaminski.

Unlike the Red Devils guy, Saka has played in 3 games in the month of February. He scored once in the first and recorded braces in his of his next two games.
